This selective bibliography is a guide to sources of U.S. and international historical statistics. Most of the works included here are basic reference tools that can be found in the Library. Only sources that include statistics from before 1980 are included in this guide. For this reason, many of the resources are only available in paper versions. Other guides are available for aid in finding more current statistics.
