POL 220 Law and Society: Find Case Law

To find reports, change "All fields" to "Court" and enter Supreme Court of the United States in the top search bar. Change "All fields" to "Number" and enter the case docket number in the second search bar. Then click Search.

To find case reports for specific federal appellate courts or state courts, click on Case Law under the main search bar and then click on the "Select Courts" link. Select the court(s) you are interested in. Then enter a keyword (like abortion), party names (like Roe v. Wade) or docket number in the search bar.
