Stakeholder Charts

A stakeholder chart helps you identify which of many policy options appeal to the most stakeholders. An example of a stakeholder chart is:

PEST Chart

A PEST analysis focuses on how political, economic, social, and technological factors affect  the  feasibility  of  a policy option. An example of a PEST chart with explanations of the possible political, economic, social and technological implications of a policy follows:
