Print (Physical) Reserves

Guidelines for Physical (Print, Media) on Reserve

There are two methods for requesting print materials for open/closed reserve:

Method 1:

Submit this form with your course and titles information: https://centre.libwizard.com/f/reserves (will open in a new tab)

If you've used the Book It note field in CentreNet to request a newly purchased item for reserve, you must also submit a reserve request using the form.

PLEASE NOTE: You may submit multiple titles on one form, but please use a separate form response for each class. Different sections of one class may be combined into one form.

Method 2:

  • Bring the material for reserve to the Circulation Desk. (Please allow at least one business day before titles are needed in class.)
  • Include your name and detailed course number and title information on a paper attached with the materials.
  • Please give students in your courses exact references when referring to your reserve material.
  • Please notify library staff before removing personal copies or library copies from the reserve shelves.
  • DVDs and CDs on reserve: students have 4 hours to view a reserved DVD and 3 days with a CD.

***Interlibrary Loan materials MAY NOT be placed on reserve.***
