On the search results page, pay attention to the 'filters' tab on the screen. 

Use the filters tab to limit your search results by:

• Publication Date (see yellow highlighted example)

• Publication Type (Newspaper, journal article, photo, etc.) (see pink highlighted example)

• Subject Category (Psychology, Biology, Economics, Language Studies etc.) (see blue highlighted example)

This trick is handy if your search result is >1000 articles.
